Airport Transfer

1. How long will my driver wait for me?

   Depending on the booking class and region, the duration of the free waiting period may vary. Information about our free waiting times and extra charges can be found in our booking conditions.

   For On-Demand / Taxi rides, the driver usually does not wait for the passenger for free. As soon as your App shows that your driver arrived, please go to the agreed pick-up point.

   In case of flight delay: If you have entered your flight number, the driver waits for you free of charge until the actual landing of the plane, even if the included free waiting time is exceeded.
2. Where do I meet my driver?

   Your driver will be awaiting you in front of the given address.
   For airport pickups, you can specify a meeting point with your driver in the app or link a flight number to your reservation during the booking process. Linking a flight number will cause the driver to wait for you at the anticipated exit of the baggage claim of the flight.
   If a different meeting point has to be agreed on due to the special features of an airport, we will inform you in advance by e-mail or phone.
3. My flight lands before the scheduled landing time!

   If you have connected your flight number to your ride and your flight arrives before the scheduled landing time, your driver will track the flight and ensure to pick you up according to the actual landing time. Please note that in this case, we will adjust the cancellation deadlines of your booking according to the actual landing time of your connected flight.
4. Why do you use Car Pick-up Service?
