It is now called form N1 and is required for all foreigners when arriving in Vietnam.

You will be required to fill in these information:

- Full name

- Date of birth

- Sex

- Place of birth

- Nationalitites

- Religion

- Current occupation/Profession

- Employer and employer’s address

- Home address (permanent address) and Telephone/Email

- Family members

- Passport details

- Date of the latest entry into Vietnam

- Proposed date of entry

- Purpose of entry

- Proposed temporary address in Vietnam

- Hosting organization or individual in Vietnam

- Accompanying child(ren) under 14 years old

- Entries requested

- Other requests

- Done at (Where and when you hand the form)

How can foreigners find the form before travelling?

- This form can be given to you when you arrive at the Vietnam international airports. However, to avoid wasting time, we suggest you download and conplete the filling beforehand.
