4/ Check the cancellation and refund policy

A legitimate visa agent will provide an available cancellation and refund policy to guard their customer’s interests in case their application is rejected by the Vietnamese Immigration Department (however, there is usually no problem to process the Vietnam visa for foreigners if they meet the conditions required). If they have no cancellation and refund policy, do not apply at that website.

5/ Check the domain name in Google

You type the domain name into Google, if it is a real VN visa online site , there should be links to that website from other websites. If only the domain comes up and no other search result appears for that domain name, then it is very suspicious. However, this way is not commenly used, since the Google doesn’t show the result exactly if the website has few views and you must take a long time to find the website if they are at the last pages, not the first one.
